Staff at St Peter's include Mark Pilgrim (Vicar),  Caroline Yandell (Curate), Ian Bailey (Honorary Curate), Mary Goronwy (Lay Pastor), Ian Love, Valerie Peters and Sarah Thomas (Licensed Lay Ministers) and Frances Bailey (Parish and Deanery Administrator). Mark is also Area Dean of the Bristol West Deanery in the Diocese of Bristol and oversees some 20 other parishes as part of the Bishop of Bristol's leadership team.

Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St Peter's is a charity excepted from registration with the Charity Commission. The Trustees are the PCC members, who include the clergy, the lay ministers, the church wardens and elected members of the church.

The parish office is situated in the Church Hall and is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
