Bereavement and loss course

Multi-sensory prophets
"Multi-Sensory Prophets" enables small groups to explore what God's messengers can say to us today—starting with Moses and ending with Paul. The sessions employ a variety of creative methods, including craft, music, meditation, art and discussion. The content will bring the Bible to life for all sorts of people! Led by Ian Perry and Jane Bussell.

Special Christmas Choir
A special Christmas Community event is being organised on and around Weds 10th December by Henleaze Road shops and St Peter’s and Trinity-Henleaze United Reformed Church. The Weds event will stretch from Pamperbanana Beauticians to Ikon Sports! St Peter’s is organising a Christmas Tree Festival, with the possibility of local organisations decorating trees and raising money for charity as part of it—perhaps stretching before and after 10th Dec. Singers of all abilities are invited to meet to prepare a special programme of seasonal music for singing (most likely) outside at this and perhaps other Christmas events. Led by Reg Parker.

The diversity of prayer
Eight sessions on prayer offered by Emmaus House, Clifton and led by Margaret Harlock, ‘for those who would like to develop their life of prayer’. Helen Williams recommends it and will be attending some sessions herself!

The life you always wanted
For Secondary School aged young people: 10 sessions on spiritual discipline offered by John Ortberg (whose material produced a Key Group on ‘Shadow Mission’ in January 08).
Bible Study Monday afternoon
Valerie Peters invites you to study the Bible at her flat on the first Monday of the month in the afternoon. For this programme the group will look at the Lord’s Prayer, the Magnificat and various canticles as well as some of the set Sunday gospels.
