The Archbishop of Canterbury encourages everyone to participate in Spiritual Communion by saying this prayer:
Thanks be to you, Lord Jesus Christ, for all the benefits you have given me, for all the pains and insults you have borne for me. Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally, I ask you to come spiritually into my heart. O most merciful redeemer, friend and brother, may I know you more clearly, love you more dearly, and follow you more nearly, day by day. Amen.

Our 11.00am All Age Service is via zoom.

Our 7.30pm contemplative, creative and companionable service takes place via Zoom on the Ist and 3rd Sundays of the month (for Poetry & Compline and Taize Services) and in church on the 2nd, 4th and 5th (for Communion, Night Prayer & Meditation and Creative Compline)

Thursday 10:30am Communion restarts in church on 17th September.

Private Prayer
St Peter's is open for private prayer in a covid-secure environment just about every day. The exceptions are when it is too windy to keep the entrance doors open! If the doors are open, anyone is welcome to come in and pray and reflect.
